Returns and refunds

You may request a return for any online purchase within 14 days of delivery, including sale items. Mandatory consumer rights in the delivery country always apply.

Email contact@kelegance.ca with your order number. No reason is required when the law gives you a right to withdraw.

Item condition and return shipping

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Return it without use beyond that inspection, with its accessories. We will deduct for loss of value only where the law allows it.

For a change of mind, you pay the direct return shipping cost where permitted by law and if we told you before purchase. For a defective, incorrect, or non-conforming item, K.ELEGANCE covers the costs and provides the remedies required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, they include the initial standard delivery cost. Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the item or proof that it has been shipped. We process returns within 7 business days of receipt or proof of shipment, and always within the applicable legal deadline.

Rules by delivery country

  • France, Belgium, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Norway: the legal withdrawal period for online purchases is 14 days from receipt. You may notify us without giving a reason, then ship the item within the following 14 days. You may pay the direct return cost if we told you before purchase.
  • Monaco: K.ELEGANCE allows 14 days to request an online return, beyond the local statutory withdrawal period. You may pay the direct return cost.
  • Canada and the United States: K.ELEGANCE offers a voluntary 14-day return period for online purchases, including sale items. Applicable legal warranties and remedies remain in force.
  • Algeria: K.ELEGANCE offers a voluntary 14-day period for change-of-mind returns. Statutory remedies for defective, non-conforming, or late-delivered items remain in force; contact us promptly so we can address them.

This policy applies to online purchases. For in-person purchases, the terms stated at the time of purchase apply, without limiting your legal rights.
