Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Do you have physical stores or are you online only?
A: K.ELEGANCE is a 100% online boutique.
Q: What currency are your prices shown in?
A: Our store prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide. International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7 and 30 days. We will send your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: Your order confirmation email is sent within 24 hours after payment. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 6–8 hours. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
Q: How can I return an item?
A: Unworn products in perfect condition may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, protective materials, and tags. Sale or clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please contact us before shipping any return so we can provide the appropriate return address. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
